A scarce original First World War period Canadian Expeditionary Force 'CEF 166th Infantry Overseas Battalion gilt and enamel sweetheart brooch'; gilt maple leaf design, bearing Crowned enamel title strap 'Queen's Own Rifles of Canada'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel with wear to crown, gilt remains bright.
