Canadian CEF First Mounted Rifles silver sweetheart brooch

A scarce original First World War period 'Canadian Expeditionary Force CEF silver and enamel sweetheart brooch', maple leaf sprays bearing Crowned title circlet 'First Mounted Rifles' 'bison head' to centre and resting on tri-part scroll 'Manitoba Canada Saskatchewan'; the reverse impressed with 'Sterling Silver and with maker's details 'J.W.T' (J W Tiptaft & Son Ltd Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel intact.
