A scarce original 'Welsh Guards gilt and enamel sweetheart brooch''small size example fashioned on the style of the badge worn on the foreign service helmet a 'Welsh Leek' within a Crowned circlet inscribed 'Cymru Am Byth' which translates 'Wales For Ever', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
