A scarce original First World War period Canadian Expeditionary Force '26th Infantry Battalion CEF sweetheart brooch' gilt maple leaf bearing enamelled scrolls 'Canada 26 New Brunswick Battalion'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt remains bright, an excellent example.
