Royal Army Medical Corps South Africa 1900 silver sweetheart brooch

A scarce original Victorian Boer War period 'Royal Army Medical Corps sweetheart brooch'; hollow silver horseshoe impressed 'So. Africa 1900.' with applied badge to the centre; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1900 and maker's details 'MB'. Good condition, complete with old replacement pin fitting, original hook, complete with all bauble decoration and a few minor dents.
