Gloucestershire Regiment 1915 silver & gold rifle sweetheart brooch

A scarce original Great War period fine quality 'Gloucestershire Regiment sweetheart brooch', in the form of a miniature badge with heavy gold plated finish, mounted to a S.M.L.E rifle, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1915 and maker's details 'A.Bros' (Ahronsberg Brothers, Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings and all the gold plating to the front of the badge.
