Royal Air Force Pilot's Wing silver RAF sweetheart brooch Thomas Lyster Mott

An original fine quality classical style wartime period silver and enamel 'Royal Air Force sweetheart brooch'; 'RAF' crest inlaid with blue enamel within voided laurel wreath surmounted by a King's Crown in red; flanked by neatly feathered wings, the reverse impressed 'Sterling England and maker's details 'T.L.M' (Thomas Lyster Mott, Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
