Honourable Artillery Company gold HAC regimental brooch

A scarce original circa 1940's period fine quality 'Honourable Artillery Company gold sweetheart brooch' in the form of the crest from the 'Arms of The Company' viz. an armoured right arm grasping an ornamental staff, on each side a wing bearing 'St.George's Cross' enhanced with red enamel and resting on a heraldic torse. Mounted on a slender bar the reverse impressed '9 carat gold'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings with safety roller catch, enamel perfect.
