WW1 Liverpool Pals Kitchener's Army silver gilt sweetheart brooch

A rare original First World War period fine quality silver gilt sweetheart badge, fashioned in the style of the 'Liverpool Pals cap badge', the family crest of Lord Derby above 'Sans Changer' ribbon scroll, the reverse impressed 'Sterling Silver'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings and retaining a high percentage of its original gold plated finish.
Height 29mm.
