WW1 Royal Artillery silver regimental sweetheart brooch by Thomas Lyster Mott

A fine quality original First World War period 'Royal Artillery silver sweetheart badge'; designed on the style of the cap badge, the artillery gun surmounted by a Crowned scroll bearing the motto 'Ubique' (Everywhere) with scroll below 'Quo fas et gloria ducunt' (Wherever right and glory lead); the reverse impressed with maker's details 'T.L.M' (Thomas Lyster Mott) and impressed 'STERLING'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings.
