Army Flying Badge pilot wing 1960 Gold regimental brooch by Garrard & Co London

A superb quality very rare 'Army Flying Badge' gold brooch', the EIizabeth II Royal Crest mounted within finely feathered pale blue translucent enamel pilot wings, the reverse impressed with Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1960 and maker's details 'G & Co Ld' in trefoil (Garrard & Co London) the Crown Jewellers. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch in good working order, no chips to the enamel, very minor stress to left wing, visible only with a magnifying glass.
