Welch Regiment 1967 Gold and Enamel brooch by Turner & Simpson

An impressive superb quality Elizabeth II period scarce 'Welsh Regiment gold and enamel sweetheart brooch' in the form of a very large Prince of Wales's Plumes with scrolls 'ICH DIEN' and 'THE WELCH' inlaid with blue enamel; the reverse impressed with 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1967 and maker's details 'T&S' (Turner & Simpson Ltd Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, safety roller catch in good working order, no damage to the enamel.
