The Buffs Regiment gilt and enamel sweetheart brooch

A particularly good example of First World War period 'The Buffs Regiment sweetheart brooch' in the form of a well defined gilt dragon resting on a blue enamel scroll. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
