EIIR Royal Marines 1982 Gold & Enamel regimental brooch

A superb quality Elizabeth II period 'Royal Marines gold and enamel regimental brooch' green enamel laurel wreath surmounted by the 'Royal Crest', the central Globe rhodium plated, mounted to a slender bar; the reverse impressed with Birmingham 9ct gold hallmarks for 1982 and maker's details 'J.W.B' (J W Benson Ltd). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch, enamel with minimal service wear.
