Royal Air Force Pilot's Wing gold and diamond RAF sweetheart brooch

A superb quality scarce Elizabeth II period 'Royal Air Force diamond sweetheart brooch', large finely feathered wings with curves to the tips, the central 'RAF' crest set with diamonds, within a green enamelled laurel wreath, surmounted by a Queen's Crown, the reverse impressed with Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1982 and maker's details 'J.W.B'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, safety roller catch in good working order, enamel perfect, complete with all stones and housed in a fine quality red leather velvet lined fitted case, in very clean condition.
