WW2 Royal Air Force Pilot's Wing RAF sweetheart brooch

A large and impressive wartime period 'Royal Air Force sweetheart brooch'; gilt feathered wings, with contrasting dark blue, red and light blue enamel Crowned 'RAF' monogram, set within a laurel wreath. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, minor bruise to red enamel 'A', minimal service wear to gilt tips.
Wingspan approx 62mm.
