Guards Brigade 1918 silver medallion watch fob by Mappin & Webb

A rare fine quality First World War period 'Guards Brigade medallion' in the form of a eight pointed star bearing an embossed motto strap 'QUINQUE JUNCTA IN UNO' with Crown to centre; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1918 and with maker's details 'WN & WB' (Mappin & Webb). Very good condition.
