A superb quality Elizabeth II vintage period 'Royal Navy pair of cufflinks', each cufflink depicting a coloured enamel Royal Navy Crown and Service Colours; the reverse impressed with Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1953 (Coronation Year) and maker's details 'J.W.B' (James William Benson). Very good condition, minimal wear, no damage to the enamel, housed in retailer's velvet lined fitted leather case, the inside lid inscribed 'By Royal Appointment.
