Royal Air Force pilot wing silver and enamel RAF sweetheart brooch

A scarce original circa 1940's period fine quality 'Royal Air Force silver and enamel pin badge'; George VI Crowned laurel wreath inlaid with green enamel and embossed 'RAF' blue crest, flanked by large feathered wings, the reverse impressed 'Sterling Silver'. Very good mint condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
