A superb quality Elizabeth II period 'Durham Light Infantry gold and enamel brooch'; the reverse impressed with Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1960 and maker's details 'G&Co Ld' (Garrard & Co, London). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch in good working order, no damage to the enamel, housed in its original velvet lined leather case with details to the lid 'By appointment to H.M The Queen' 'Goldsmiths & the Crown Jewellers Garrard & Co Ltd 112, Regent Street.
