Manchester Regiment 1903 15ct gold & enamel sweetheart brooch

A rare Edwardian period fine quality 'Manchester Regimental pin brooch'; red crowned star pattern example, bearing green enamel strap, with an applied 'Sphinx on Egypt' to centre on white enamel ground; the reverse impressed with Birmingham 15 carat gold hallmarks for 1903 and maker's details 'ZB&S'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings.
Height approx 31mm.
