Royal Engineers silver and marcasite grenade sweetheart brooch

A scarce original circa 1940's fine quality 'Royal Engineers grenade pin badge'; rhodium plated example decorated with marcasite stones resting in 'UBIQUE' motto scroll, the reverse impressed 'SILVER ENGLAND'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings incorporating safety catch in good working order, all stones present.
