Royal Army Medical Corps silver & enamel regimental sweetheart brooch

A pretty original 1940's period scarce ' Royal Army Medical Corps silver and enamel sweetheart brooch', suspended from a deco style three step vertical bar, so typical of the period, the reverse impressed 'Silver'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
Height appox 36mm.
