A scarce Second World War period gilt metal double heart sweetheart brooch, to one the badge of the Royal Army Medical Corps, to the other The Mizpah Benediction 'The Lord Watch Between Me & Thee When We Are Absent One From Another' the reverse with faint marking 'GOLD FRONT' (gold plated). Good condition, original pin fittings, minor wear.
