Maxim Machine Gun gilt and enamel regimental pin brooch

A rare original First World War period 'Maxim Machine Gun gilt and enamel pin badge', designed on the style of the cap badge, crossed vickers guns surmounted by a red enamel crown with 'Maxim Machine Gun' blue enamel scroll below. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no enamel loss, minor defect to crown, gilt finish remains bright.
